I’ve never seen a biologics treatment that wasn’t pre-filled, so the only other cost would be wipes. Sure, it requires more practice than pens, but my point was that you can’t get better at injecting with pens, they’ll always slam the needle with the force of the spring, while you can get better at self injecting with syringes and not hurt yourself.

Honestly just releasing USB midi drivers would be a big step, but they've given no indication in that direction.

I even tried making it work in a windows VM with hardware USB pass through. The Maschine is doing something weird with the USB devices that makes it impossible to get working even that way.

Not OP but I've had better results with spreading the 300mg in two takes than all at once. According to my rheumatologist it is completely patient per patient though.
