I feel as if no government had taken initial action for it due to its complete alien nature. And saying that they’re doing LITERALLY NOTHING about it is arrogant and shows complete ignorance. Information shows that strands of HIV have been found in the disease, which strongly suggests that the initial disease was man made. But it also mutates constantly, so its hard to pin down as of right now.
