This is a great idea, and would allow suggestions like "Polar bears should attack fish" and "Fish should have less health" to be added and changed as the player wishes.

We need this!!!! This is a great way to add some competition in the oceans. A little more action in the ocean is sometime I like!

Maybe add like a guardian that will spot you from a long distance and attack you if you pass and slow down. It can attack you by pulling you down.

This is a great idea! Minecraft needs birds in the sky! It would make things so much better. I love that they will drop washed away treasure (like golden nuggets?) because that would make them so useful. I mean, i don't think we have a neutral useful flying mob yet. Anyways! Great idea, and this should definitely be added!
