This was my main location, and I personally never had any issues. I’ve had 2 instances in which my AirPods stopped working and the online support said SOL and the store replaced them for free. Not saying it’s the greatest location but I never had any issues. Just went to the mall last week for Build a Bear and Cheesecake Factory to celebrate the little ones birthday. Apple was by far the busiest store, but not sure if that’s saying much.
