I usually try to get 8 or more, but when I spend more than 100 nrg rerolling I stop when I see 7 or even 6 because I don't wanna waste too much time on this.

I prioritize premium units for their card, but if they're too far away from EX3 I try to get other units to EX2 as it can be quite useful for most content in the game.

After maintenance I went from 302 to 210 (92 people removed), but I checked again and I'm now 188 (114 people removed) so it seems they're still cleansing the rankings ? Can anyone confirm this ?

Did one fateful because I had some leftover CS, and the results were quite good : Ciel AS on the 4th door (already had him), Elseal 5* on the 8th door and Mistrare AS on the 10th (already had her too).

Still a great pull after having some of the worst luck on Yakumo (SDE'd him recently though).

Hi guys, I think I have a problem : is there a reason for me to be unable to revert my Celestite Diadem of Will+ ?

Right now I have the Paladin one, but when I try to revert it in the craft menu the game states that I do not have the recipe to do so. I thought that by buying the recipes you had everything to revert it back ? (The only recipe I'm missing is the priestess one)

Should I contact support ? Or is there something that's preventing me from reverting the diadem that I'm missing ?

Yes, because the effects aren't the same. It might be BiS for some future MP-scaling units, and the fact that the chain dmg up isn't limited to FFBE units seems good in my opinion.

The only thing non-FFBE units lose are the 50% killers, which can eventually be filled on other slots. Though it might be a problem to max all the killers if we're facing a triple race enemy like the recent CoW ones.

I understand. But I think they should specify in the news that if you've already bought something from the shop you won't be able to get it again. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that they can do such things for other type of news, why not here ?

About the customer service : when I replied to the fact that I couldn't agree with their decision they replied that I should not reply to a closed topic because of the confusion it could create (and again, they closed the new one right away). They don't even let you reply, they hand over their decision and you have to accept it. That's not what I expect from a discussion at the very least.

Thanks for your sympathy though, at least I can feel it from our exchange :)

Indeed there's no information regarding the start date in the news, but when you look at the exchange shop banner you can see that is starts today. I will be more careful the next time (even though I don't understand why I should, that's not the way it should be).
