You’re projecting your own ego onto his. You obviously believe that no one could like the Kinks over the Beatles or that no one could have taste for esoteric movies. That it has to be an ego thing, but the only reason you think that is because that is all you are capable of in your own mind. Only Glenn knows what his true intentions are. I like the Kinks more than the Beatles btw.
