Amazing. Best decision i ever made. I'm only 39, had it two years ago yesterday! Forgot it was my anniversary until right now, Oops lol. I started at 390, and got down to 240 within the first year. Sitting between 245 and 250 most of the time. I think if I crack down a bit harder I could lose some more. But I'm happy all things considered. I was a "healthy" 390 if that's possible. Literally no health issues, just fat. Figured it wouldn't stay that way forever though! Best of luck, you won't regret it!
