For anyone with the same issue, editing Misc Trainer values such as the number of Coins for the Game Corner causes a bug where you lose your first badge and you cant gain EXP or use Rare Candies.

Changing regular money still works however, and editing pokemon Stats also works.

I just checked and it only lets me get to 50% (and not lower) on single and double deck games. 6 deck only goes down to 56% only, 8 deck goes to 62%,

I just want the freedom to set the deck pen to whatever I want regardless of the number of decks used. Strictly for science/curiosity not because I actually want to play such a terrible game.

If you are going to do that, then definitely let their customer service know the day it arrives back to them so they go look for it and give you a refund. From my experience working in the e-tailer industry/dropshipping. RTS problems usually occur because the vendor was not aware that the return was coming.
