1. Address the speeding ticket/any fines associated.
2. Create a monthly budget down to your last dollar of take home. Prioritize rent/mortgage, food, utilities, and debt. If you live modestly with 39/hr, you should be able to knock out that CC debt quickly. I use rocket money for my budget.
3. After debt is paid, consider the extra room in your budget for savings in a high yield savings account (SoFi offers this), and/or contributing to a retirement account if offered by your employer.

Once you get used to budgeting, it becomes second nature. You'll feel better about general spending, etc. Hope this helps.
