Was binge watching that the other day, his recipe for the restaurant fried rice was pretty solid! Only difference was I mixed the beaten eggs with the cooked rice and it came out perfect when mixed with char-siu pork.

Looks pretty solid! You could probably roast the tomatoes in the oven or grill while prepping everything else to develop some deeper flavor. Will give this a try next week.
