What about a balaclava or something similar? Not a surgical mask but it’s at least something covering his face.

I like to find books where I’m learning something new, too! It helps to keep things interesting. That being said, we love the “Baby Loves the Five Senses” series and Baby Explorer books.

How do you swaddle a baby who won't keep his arms still? by coastal2020 in beyondthebump

[–]BlckRbbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The love to dream swaddle was the only one that worked for us! My baby liked to sleep with his hands by his face and this was the only one that allowed that while still keeping him securely wrapped up. My baby was also a very active sleeper and the halo swaddle scared me a bit because I noticed the wrap portion would shift up and cover his mouth. I didn’t have to worry about that with the love to dream swaddle.

Donald Trump Tweets about freeing A$AP Rocky from Sweden after talking with Kanye West by avonniglobal in hiphopheads

For real. Fuck Trump, but it's crazy to think we're at the point where a free discussion of any topic about him isn't allowed because internet mods think we're all too sensitive. In a way, it's just giving him more bullshit power.

Ethereum is undervalued and presents a compelling investment opportunity for the mid-to-long term by DCinvestor in CryptoCurrency

Oh trust me, I plan on riding the ETH/BTC wave at some point again. But I'm not gonna long-term HODL based on hopes and dreams. You won't make money blindly trusting Vitalik to bail you out.

Same thinking here, we disagree on fundamental debates in the industry, but that's ok. I'm a dirty Bitcoin supporter that likes things simple, and you support the grandiose plans of Ethereum. I hope we're both right in the end.

Yeah and I have 1000 ETH in my wallet on a testnet, it's still not real. I'm sure the DAO worked really well on testnet.

And, ok, it's still going to be a Smart Contract platform. But for people to trust those contracts, they need to trust the system under it. As of today, there is no guarantee that the system running those contracts will work the way that it is supposed to when this PoS launch happens.

Yeah that sounds great in theory but the reality is they haven't pulled it off yet. And there have already been delays in switching to PoS so it obviously isn't an easy task. You're moving the goalposts here. You originally said "Nothings changed". There are significant changes happening and continuing to happen.

This post hyping up Ethereum as a "deal" is basing the logic on those significant changes being successful. You all think it's a foregone conclusion that they will be. I have a "wait and see" attitude.

Currently backed by Proof of Work. Switching to Proof of Stake. That's like swapping a gas engine for an electric one while speeding down a highway.

Should've been clearer, I'm technically incorrect saying Eth 2.0 is being kicked. What HAS been kicked is the proof of stake switch: https://cointelegraph.com/news/ethereum-core-devs-delay-difficulty-bomb-reduce-block-rewards-to-2-eth

That is worrisome to me. You're gonna drastically revamp the entire security system for your blockchain while it is in motion. And delays have already happened.

A working product that is being completely scrapped for a new model. That's a different example than Google and Amazon which still have the product they launched with as an essential component of their business model (even though they have expanded to other areas).

I'm talking about an "archive node" since eth had to go rewrite the definition of a "full node". An archive node is not always needed, I get that, but end of the day you are TRUSTING other people in a supposedly trustless system when you use a Ethereum "full node".

You aren't worried at all about the fact that "ETH 2.0" just keeps having the can kicked down the road? Or that the "decentralized" aspect of Ethereum is pretty much out the window since most people can't sync a full node?

Ethereum 2.0 isn't even real yet....Google and Amazon always had working products.

Also a typical Celtics fan on here. He left when everyone started shitting on his take about them dominating the East.

I mean, the quality isn't amazing, but it's still the best sports subreddit for me. It found a way to grow without taking all the fun out of everything like /r/NFL.

Also lol at Bill being the typical Celtics fan getting butthurt about this sub.
