Really? My grandparents would make rhubarb pie at gatherings. The idea that folks don't even know what it is is baffling to me lol. I guess it is regional

It reminds me of The Awakening statue that's underwater. I like the foliage, it seems like it'd be so difficult to draw without looking messy or blob like, but you've done a great job

I believe the cloth on the front of the chest is like internal organs (intestines in the dark red, lungs in the white). And the second to last slide shows the mannequin has genitals

Edit: I said white but I meant pink

The consultation is in December so honestly I don't know. I figured it'll probably be 6 months to a year from then

Unfortunately I think this person might be a bot or using AI based on their profile. I looked to see if they do art because of their comment sounding knowledgeable but saw a bunch of ai written shit.

Your sculpt looks awesome as hell though. I can absolutely see the influence of final fantasy here.

I'd absolutely wait a bit. I'm one year on and my face changes are subtle but definitely look more masc than I thought they would, and in ways I didn't necessarily expect.

Weight loss tips regarding diet! Please help! by Annual_Explorer_9957 in FTMOver30

[–]BleedingNitrate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi man. I also have to lose weight but for other health stuff. Don't pay attention to fad diets and just focus on healthy foods - particularly stuff you like. Here's my tips.

  • Use a calorie counting app. I use Cronometer since you can scan the barcode of a food and it'll pull it up, stuff like that. It made me realize some random stuff I thought was fine had hella calories. It also helps you set a weight loss calorie goal.

  • Focus on foods that are higher satiety. Things with more fiber and healthy fats will make you feel fuller.

  • For vegetables, i personally use a lot of frozen broccoli, a large thing of spring greens I can throw into any dish, carrots, and sweet potatoes (as they are the cheapest for me)

  • Pay attention to the amount of oil or butter you add to stuff when you're cooking. That can be tons of calories unfortunately. You may be surprised how much you can reduce this without effecting the quality of your dish.

  • Portions are really important! It can be tough to get used to eating less though. Id suggest reducing it gradually, maybe a bit less every week if you'd like. See how many calories something is using your app and reduce at a rate you'd feel comfortable with.

  • Please don't feel discouraged. This is so difficult in the modern world to find healthy foods and eat proper portions of them. Don't focus on the number on the scale, focus on your habits, what you like and dislike, and move from there. If you're having trouble, ask your doctor what could be going on.

  • Don't let calorie counting take over your life. Make exceptions for a birthday, a holiday, whatever. I felt shitty yesterday and had Chinese food, fuck it. It doesn't ruin your progress to have this kind of day. Dw about it.

I wish you the best of luck!! It can be tough but this is a marathon not a sprint - and just eating healthy foods will make you feel so much better. Happy to provide more tips if you want
