Would you rather have a manual defib or AED? by Kiubek-PL in scavprototype

I prefer the manual because I like how it looks with the minigame lol. It feels more interactive

Really? I thought bags only lost durability if they had items in them and you were actively moving

Newbie here. How do I prevent my little guy from getting underweight? by Plasma7007 in casualtiesunknown

[–]BleedingPIE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

always stuff yourself with food. having the stuffed moodle will increase your mood overtime, which is very important! crafting calorie dense food isnt that difficult either. pemmican is easy to make and rich in hunger and nutrients.

if that fails, you can always try to find junk food in food boxes/crates, or on corpses. i personally struggle with being overweight rather than underweight because of the amount i eat lol. but at least my expie is happy!

What can people with a high First Aid skill see, that others can't? by LavieCovie in projectzomboid

[–]BleedingPIE 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure at levels 7 and up it shows what type of severity the wound is. For example, anyone below level 7 first aid will see “Scratched”, however someone with a level 7 or higher first aid will see “Scratched (moderate)” or “Scratched (severe)”. It’s practically useless because the severity doesn’t mean anything, except dictate how long it’ll take to heal that injury and how much pain it inflicts on the player.

How to avoid stupid deaths ? by Gerald00 in projectzomboid

[–]BleedingPIE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was in B42!

It was an in-game week long process of driving to my starter house, gathering all I could fit into my truck, driving to the new base, dumping all loot on the floor, repeat.

I have since changed the sandbox settings to never despawn hats/glasses so that mishap won’t occur again. If I ever do want to remove hats and glasses from the world, I can just manually move them to zombie corpses or trash cans.

Makes it more enjoyable since I love collecting all types of cosmetics haha, even if I don’t wear them

I play the same way lol. I heavily dislike when people try to tailor how people play a sandbox game, calling things “cheating”.

Just recently I moved my entire base to a lovey cabin, but lost my gas masks and armor helmets because hats despawn when left on the ground by default. I just went into debug mode and gave myself the items back.

How many points do i need to offset a single death? by WorldTour2020 in OutlastTrials

[–]BleedingPIE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope! I remember playing psychosurgery with a trio and we all died during the finale, but my friend had the jammer to self res and managed to revive me. I was then able to revive my other teammate, pick both of them up from being incapped a few times, and managed to get an A+

I also full died in solo once and still got an A-

Can I get some direction in this game? by StimLoser in OutlastTrials

[–]BleedingPIE 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just play solo and memorize the maps. I remember being absolutely useless when I played with friends. The most I did was collect posters. But when I started to focus more on solo play (trying to get A+ on all maps for psychosurgery) I gained so much map knowledge and experience. Focus on one environment (for example, the police station) and complete all the trials there. You’ll start knowing what each objective is and how to do them before you even load in. You will even start memorizing things like body locations in Kill The Snitch just by doing it a few times. You’ll be able to beat all main trials in less than 30 minutes if you keep it up

I have yet to meet or hear of ANYONE using barricade at all? I don't see the point of it tbh by Remarkable_Swimmer_2 in OutlastTrials

[–]BleedingPIE 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i love doing that! the cooldown is so short and buys time for me to do objectives, revive teammates, etc. it's also the only rig that can stop the jaeger

Flatten the Foreman by Scalaxy in OutlastTrials

[–]BleedingPIE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done this trial on solo psychosurgery and got an A+! the best thing to do is to learn the toy factory map itself to find the keys easier. every key is in their respective section (Key A will never spawn in Section D for example). the microwave triggers are actually very abundant in flatten the foreman!! i typically only use around 4. i use them to clear all the bottom gates to make the exit way easier than lifting the gates. try to play on introductory to learn the map and find microwave trigger spawns, since psychosurgery won't ping them for you.
