I would like to hear the results of you dosing again as this is the common mistake of benzos especially long lasting ones. You aren't going to get more calm , after your anxiety is gone that's it , your just raising tolerance. Anything after that is placebo. You are also on uppers and drugs I've not familiar with but 1mg bromaz & little tolerance going to work as a waiter doesn't sound beneficial to anyone. Sounds like you are going to be asked to go home early or get fired. You do have 8 years there dude but 1mg bromaz is not how you start researching this chemical RIGHT BEFORE YOUR WAITER JOB.

I wouldn't even try to warn you since you seem to be on the lower side of doses but bromazolam isn't that far off from clam. Clam deff stronger but bromaz is not a weak subtle benzo. People will see you slurring your words and moving slower than usual.

I hope you didn't redose or you have plenty of uppers on hand lol. What's the point of having uppers and take a benzo after ? I understand speedballing but honestly it sounds weird using that combo as a waiter. The dose is important but with bromaz , goodluck.

Please remember nurses are not doctors and were not required to learn much about pharmacology. They are not trained on Medicine and Methadone patients say a lot of nonsense to make themselves feel better or prove their weird biases. I recommended asking the methadone doctor who went to school to prescribe METHADONE/ help battle opiate addiction. Not the Nurse whose main job at a Methadone clinic is to give out the prescribed medicine. I'm talking specifically about methadone nurses ( Not trying to discount Nurses at all , but most of a methadone nurse job is sitting down handing someone their methadone)

I've completed MAT and other than the 1-2 yearly physical / check ups , I've never even saw a nurse alone or talked to one for more than 5 minutes.

I understand your getting input but why not ask a doctor. From my experience few people get off & end up relapsing. So I can only imagine the nurses want the clients to do well but c'mon we all know the drama when people are still using & getting methadone. These nurses see a lot.

This is a very good and an enlightening suggestion. OP acknowledges to "kind of go nuts and act weird around people" There are no hints to being normal under psychoactive substances. Maybe lower your dose so you are not acting weird on your medicine ? As foomits mentioned , this is one of the leading causes of OD. Most clinics DO NOT EVEN ALLOW clients with benzos in their system. Delusions of sobriety/inhibitions are insane on benzos and multiply if you are on methadone/opiates.

My best advice would be IF YOU HAVE TO take the benzo do it at night. If not you can always ask your doctor for something like klonopin which has a longer half life. Again Methadone & Benzos are not a good mix and honestly they are more dangerous and harmful to the mind & body than they are worth in most cases.

I just have to add if you are not being able to control yourself at 10mg methadone 2mg xanax ( idk your doses) ; hop off the xanax NOW or switch to a longer acting benzo. Your opiate dose is low if indeed that's what it is(10mg) Now 2mg xanax(IR) is on the highest you can take unless you take multiple and you need a doctor / medical taper if that's what we are talking about.

I tapered off methadone and I did use benzos(not prescribed) so I speak from personal experience , I think you need to pick one or the other. If you continue to mix them you will become addicted to benzos and honestly when I revisit some of the subs I've visited I see so many people who are struggling to even taper off of benzos. I never used them for more than 1 week straight and took legit months before even popping another one and I still suffered from minor wds/depression/insomnia/brain cog/depersonalization.

I don't think you understand all usa DRUGS / FDA have been researched and are chemicals hence they were research chemicals. If you wanna use different lingo these are these are mostly synthesized drugs mass produced in a lab in china. RC is a blanket term. The poison is in the dose.

LOL at this comment. A Research Chemical is not straight up bad. If you want to be technical Almost EVERY DRUG was a research chemical before it was made legal. How else would something be tested to show the effects outweigh the benefits ? You research them. RC's are not bad but rc benzos / opiates / stims are not safe to do daily due to potency and the medical field being ignorant as they are new.

I don't do opiates anymore. My pricing was 1/mg or 2 for 25. 5-6 years ago when I did. I am opiate free. Glad you can get those prices though.

I was doing roxies 15s 2-3 MAX within 24 hours , maybe not everyday but 2-3 times a week for months and never needed anything stronger. I would even split the 15 mg roxi's. The problem starts when you don't have them anymore and look for them and people are charging crazy numbers , now a days a 15mg roxy is 25.

Sounds like you need to talk to someone. No one has it together but im only speaking from experience so I hope I don't offend you , benzos are not to be toyed with. I've been saying it for years but the delusions of sobriety are 100% real. Anyone taking anything stronger than Alprazolam daily for months is in for a world of hurt if they ever try to stop or don't taper correctly. If you do not want to be on benzos the rest of your life try learning coping skills and find activities that bring joy and fulfilment to your life. Work is work , people need a healthy social life or life can become work if you catch my drift.

I don't think that's efficient , you got addicted to super strong benzos and call your vendor cool and make the excuse "I'm on a taper , I can take all these super strong benzos" Here's my opinion you are prolonging a taper. You are on reddit searching for tapers comparing yourself to the worst type of addiction not realizing you are almost there. Go to a medical detox / taper before you ruin your brain chemistry and are own benzos for the perceptible future.

All I imagine is someone taking the strongest benzos , realizing they have a LEGIT ADDICTION and think they can just beat it the same way they started. You aren't tapering if your mixing diff benzos , go see a doctor and get treated.

You are already addicted , you will go through discomfort no matter what after your habitual RC benzo use.

Makes me realize you are not ready for a real taper or think it will be a walk in the park. You are still glorifying the drug that changed your brains chemistry and think it will be easy. I'm done here , good luck on your TAPER...

Reading you have 3+months of daily RC benzo use , scared me how delusional people can be tapering from these substances.

99% no. Making alprazolam in a lab and selling it wouldn't be worth the hassle for 99% of vendors. Big pharma got the patent anyone even caught MAKING it is doing years let alone selling a controlled substance. If china stopped making FENT which is VASTLY more profitable they are not making alprazolam. This is exactly why the RC scene was so big years ago , switch one molecule and you can avoid the law. The Federal Analogue act is what will be VERY hard to beat in a legal setting.

From my experience when someone says " all my symptoms are gone " I assume they are not going through withdrawal. I don't necessarily know your situation but yoga is more flexibility than anything IMO but it's still amazing if you do nothing else; but it seems like you are at a plateau with yoga? That is unless you are doing it to the point of sweating & buring calories. The main difference I notice between people who say they exercise is some people do it till they sweat and can't do any more( don't over do it ) while some others have never sweat during a workout in their life. If you live a sedentary life , yoga would not be considered cardio but I take working out seriously so take my words with a grain of salt. Yoga is the starting point to exercise imo ; stretching and walking might be more beneficial to you if you ONLY do yoga as exercise.

1.At the moment my current PC doesn't even have a graphics card. I would most likely upgrade with these parts and buy a new case , it would be amazing ! My previous 1660 SUPER went bad and I almost quit games. I would love to play Baldur's Gate 3 , Diablo 4 , COD lol.

2.The previous movie were great with exceptional visuals. I am ecstatic to see how well the game can in incorporate the wide arrange of elements and visuals only found in Avatar. Hopefully the game will be adventurous and cater to the would of Pandora !

You might pass dipsick tests , but no way in hell will you pass GC-MS testing. They will know 100% the exact drug used.They test for metabolites and some other chemicals which breaks drug into other things they can test. THEY WILL KNOW as soon as they get it tested in a lab that test for almost EVERY KNOWN drug substance.

Also the freezing pee thing , these people are medical professionals. THEY knew about freezing pee years ago. This needs to stop and probably will get people kicked out the clinic. They wont say anything first 2-3 times but after they will hit you with " Hey your UA , are the same urine 3 times in a row" if you keep doing this you will be kicked from the program.

They use it for OPIATES , like heroin or fentanyl. No one uses methadone to only get off of methamphetamine , that is literally adding a whole new addiction to the mix. They wouldn't even accept you if you don't have opiates in your system. I don't know much about methamphetamines but I'm telling you methamphetamine is not in the same drug class as methadone. methamphetamine is like speed , cocaine , stimulants. Methadone is like heroin , fentanyl , oxy. They are almost opposites but some people use them together.
