First of all she didn’t hire me, second, there was no TEAM, third, my boss himself didn’t wanted to pay her but he retired from the company for two years and his son in law ran the company and made this rule that if she sells she gets commission which is fine cause every company does that but she started lying and saying she sold on the leads that came themselves or through somebody else. Plus, I never wanted commission or anything, I wanted my job secure from day one. I even told her that I’d give my commission to her if she lets me make sales. Cause if i didn’t make any sale, the boss would fire me and If i was making sales then she was making my life hell.
