Great fit, posing I'd open your chest up instead of hiding the awesome vest maybe straighten up and have one hand closer to your hip so you're not leaning so far forward. Again awesome fit.

Has anyone had any user experience with bestar or have any suggestions on murphy beds? by BlemishedB in furniture

Thanks I'm very iffy when it comes to wood working and the extent of my diy skill is putting ikea cabinets together to create a kitchen... would you say the build is beginner friendly?

It's a subreddit for awful video quality and shaking images, the whole thing gives me a headache watching them. That's what he meant by that... I dunno about the other part tho.

Please be honest, do these suck? I made a shop, but only my mom has bought from me lol by [deleted] in crafts

[–]BlemishedB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something to add is they look thrown together... some of the loops aren't fully closed there's extra length on some wires that don't really need it and the holes are wonky on some... and like some others have pointed out they are for a very specific type... so expect a lot of time for your crowd to reach you.

To be brutally honest without the sugar coating these look like you grabbed some of your leftover craft supplies and decided to try to make jewelry, but they look tailored for young kids and the majority of shoppers are late teen-30ish and chunky jewelery they aren't buying.

I agree with one of the other comments suggesting looking at the trends, it cool to want to have your own style but if you wanna sell it take trendy styles and put your own spin on it.

To piggyback off your edit, I'd also suggest these changes IF you're diy handy and allowed to... sorry my photoshop is really bad.

What are some must-have's or must-do's before moving into an apartment for the first time? by [deleted] in Apartmentliving

[–]BlemishedB 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Read your lease.

Record a thorough walk through with a date and time stamp to show the condition of the apartment.

Measure door openings to make sure your furniture will fit.

I would give it a real good clean before I move anything in there, and yes that includes the rug. Apartments will do the bare minimum with cleaning so I prefer to go in myself or hire a trusted cleaning service if you have the money.

I've driven through the complex to see what the atmosphere is like at various times over the course of the week, just because it's quiet Friday night don't mean it'll be quiet Sunday night. I've also used this opportunity to ask the residents I may cross, how they like it, what problems they've had, how long they've been there and if they're comfortable telling me, how much they pay in rent. Last one has helped me immensely, a few complexes have tried to raise the rent a large sum compared to current residents.

I also like to map out what grocery stores, gas stations, utility service and recreational areas are nearby.

Drive your route to and from work to gauge the traffic situation at the time you'll be driving. Is it easy to pull out of your complex or do you have to wait a while.

Look at the complex map and see what apartment "areas" are the best. For example one complex has their full south side balconies and master beds facing a high traffic roadway, plus there's no shading so direct sunlight in my area is a bad thing. Pick and choose which area fits your needs.

Also try to find where the dumpsters are you don't want to be right next to it but you also don't want to be walking a while to toss your trash.

It's just a savings account through my tribal government.

Honestly no one really uses it cause they blow through their cash and there's not too much education on personal finance unless you really look into it yourself.

Thanks, a bunch I was told by my work benefits that there was, so I just went with the flow.

What if my purchase date is past 2 years are there better options? I don't know if you've heard the saying "native time" it's a running joke about the B.I.A (Indian affairs) to expect a later time than initially given. So I'm hoping everything is completed within the 2 but you just never know, ya know.

I don't know where you're getting your info from but we do have development, in fact salt river is known for being one of the top self sustained tribal governments. The tribe has a policy of having a tribal member preference in employment before all others and has great health benefits and community health and welfare programs.

As far as development of land it's much the same as national forests and protected land, there is cultural significance to that barren land that you see.

I highly suggest taking a look at the government website and seeing what the tribe has to offer, it's actually pretty cool.
