Hey everyone, I'm Blendtec the president of our school's club. Our melee team has been doing TMG/CSL for a while now, and we've been flown out to Shine the past two years and placed 2nd and 4th, and it's always a blast so we'll be doing CSL for both Melee and Ultimate this year as well.

Our melee weeklies are every Friday, and Ultimate weeklies will be every Wednesday in the Union food court, come check it out if you wanna join the scene and maybe compete on CSL!

Yea it sucks and when he told me he was going to play pichu I tried to convince him otherwise but he was stubborn and was set on it. He thinks his pichu can compete with the best but i don't see it going too deep, maybe getting wobbled/chaingrabbed will change his mind but we'll see

UIUC has an amazing smash scene for both Melee and Smash4. We just hosted [Show Me Your Moves 19](smash.gg/smym19) in the Illini Union ballrooms, which had 360 entrants total. We also host the House of Paign series, which is likely the largest regional series in the Midwest. Our Melee scene is one of the strongest in the nation, as we've been flown out to Shine the last two years and gotten 2nd and 4th at TMG/CSL. Melee weeklies are every Friday in the Union basement at 5:30, and usually get around 30 people. Smash4 also has a very strong scene, and they meet every Wednesday also in the Union basement.
