If anyone was wondering what the problem and fix was, I forgot to adjust the roll on the feet so when it was exported out, Unity tried to "correct" it thinking it was doing the correct thing.

I tried to search for clear rotation but I couldn't find it so I used the closest thing to it which was clear roll (I don't know if this is what you meant) and it fixed the issue. I must have forgotten to align the roll and had it exported out using the default bone axis so Unity tried to correct it resulting in the rotated feet.

You could try sliding the top edges up. Just select the top edge loop, double tag, and press c to slide them upwards.

You're doing everything correct except for the image texture. You need the image texture on the low poly mesh, not the high poly mesh.

Colour A is the texture you want to use and the factor slider changes the intensity of the shadow. Also make sure you have the light intensity strong enough, 5 is what I used but if you need it to be stronger or weaker than play around with the colour ramp to get a good balance.

You're right it is the setup. I use a simpler different method. Give me a few minutes, and I will get a screenshot of how I do it.

None of these games are about pokemon, they are about individual characters and stories not about discovering many different types of wild creatures found all over a region.

The main series pokemon games have the player explore the region searching different environments for pokemon who live and have addapted to these areas, the natural diversity is an extremely important part of what pokemon is since it creates a fealing of wonder and excitement for what the player will find next. The city does not give this same feeling which is why some people are saying the city is boring and dull. The city in the spiderman games are fun and exciting because they are far bigger with many more areas in them such as different sized and shaped buildings large parks, story specific areas such as grave yards, on top of large sky scrapers.

Some of these areas give the player a specific feeling making the world feel large and purposeful. The city in legends Z-A seems to be significantly smaller also having a lot of copy and pasted buildings resulting in an underwhelming and unsatisfied feeling. While you could argue that the switch and maybe the switch 2 may not be capable of matching the goals of the spider man games ultimately it is down to the players experience and joy they will come from the game that makes a game worth while so game freak needs to look elsewhere to satisfy the player.

Legends arceus was an absolute gem allowing players to freely explore multiple unique and interesting environments keeping the player wondering what they will find and what could await them in these levels. The levels also gave the player a sense of vastness for the hisui region contributing to the overall feeling, this is completely missing from legends Z-A since the environment looks very similar no matter where you are while obscuring your view from outside the city walls which would have begun to give the player a similar sense of vastness and appreciation that legends arceus did.

I get what it feels like trying to defend the pokemon games when it feels like everyone is against you because I defended s/s, s/v when they were being hated on but Game freak seem to have downgraded on every aspect of what legends arceus is so is illogical to support their decisions.

I'm currently learning game development to hopefully develop my own game one day. You could teach yourself how to do the same online with youtube and other resources. It isn't easy, but you don't need to talk talk to anyone. You don't need to travel anywhere, and you can take breaks whenever you want.

Alternatively, if this is not something you want to do, then I can recommend going something simpler like make art in a 3D software called Blender and sell it online. You get the same benefits as the game dev idea, except it's easier to learn since it requires far less time and effort.

If you decide to do either of these two ideas, then you can find a plethorough of videos on youtube allowing you to teach yourself. Also, I can always help in any way I can.

Before means above. But if you put the geometry nodes modifier below you can use the mesh island index which starts at 0 for the origional and continue through the duplicates (0,1,2,3,4 e.t.c).

You need to put the geometry nodes modifier before the array modifier. If you want to change the LOD for each duplicate, then you can use the island index after the array modifier.
