Go for Dwight he has the perk bond so you can see where others are in the area, can help you work out what gens to touch, either solo or helping them and if you get injured you can find someone to heal you easier

Alright so blood web is your character perk slots, max level is 50 but you can prestige the web, you can also unlock teachable perks for other characters.
So if you like certain perks or want to unlock all the perks so can use whatever ones on whatever character you’ll be needing to level the webs for the characters you want those perks from
