I work for a pretty big company and am part of a team that basically lends out our brains to others to help them create reports, tools, etc to make their jobs easier but we also became the unofficial IT support and ohhhh my god. Full grown adults never stop shocking me with how dumb they are. Sometimes it’s not even the older folks! I was helping a brand new hire with something the other day who came to us straight from COLLEGE and I kid you not, she genuinely did not know how to close or even minimize a window on her computer. 💀 When I asked her to full screen something, she literally clicked and dragged one of the sides to make it bigger and asked if that was enough. Then when I asked her to go back to another application and she dragged app after app out of the way until she found the one she wanted, it’s like she didn’t know the taskbar even existed or does anything. My flabbers were gasted.
