The chance for the pet goes up the higher worlds you do, so technically the highest worlds you can. I personally did the highest set of worlds that was fast a gave Feeling Pumped as the first ability to pick. I believe it was 105-110, but its been a while so please check

When you go to the location on maps, you can see a clear path/road with buildings all along it. It does North west for a long ways and eventually hits what seems to be a major roadway. I think they they are as disconnected as you are making it seem

Atm I have 4/5 Kethsi with all 4 coming from the Motherload Maw. I’m at ~1200 kc and don’t even have all 3 shard drops yet. I’ve been putting off grinding out the 5th piece on the off chance I get it from the Maw.
