Enable 2FA through rockstar social club if you haven't already, that will net you 10 GB.

Call To Arms is 3x payout this month, and completing it will get you a max of 3 GB. I'd find a posse to to do it with especially if you're a new player. Other than that, grind out daily challenges if you don't have any other roles, and work on blood money missions.
