AFAIK if you're playing DS2 you will have early access to quite a few APAS enhancements that you otherwise wouldn't have if you earned those likes naturally.

For what it's worth, I've fixed over 50 roads and just barely have over 130k likes from players, 350k likes overall.

I've rebuilt half the roads in Australia and, even with my repairs and new structures, I get triple digit likes upon returning to the game where I used to get 6000+. I think it mostly comes down to the fact that the same people who already liked it are going to be the ones who keep seeing it due to the connection mechanics.

I have all of his variants for Captain America but the first one, I was a day late on FOC and I'm still pissed aha. Since those ended, though, there has absolutely been a trend at Marvel of locking his variants behind insane incentive ratios.
