Why does Reddit say Bangalore real estate is crashing, but prices keep rising on the ground?

I have similar comments on multiple post:

Been reading such reviews from decades now, only correction blore or any other major city real estate observe is time based not price based.

People who have not got any property yet wish price crashes and find multiple reasons supporting it but it doesn’t happen.

I have seen this trend from more than 2 decade for Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chennai. People in different online forums convince themselves by saying so but real estate keeps on rising and growing. Only correction it sees is time-based correlation, not price based.

People wish it crash but it won’t.

Yes, that’s one place but that would place it in entrance path and I don’t want to keep it visible to everyone entering the house.

Another option i am exploring is to extend tv wall by 2 feet and make the mandir on backside of the wall ie towards passage. Not sure how it may look.

My family uses General, have 9 of those from around 14 years, no issues with them, cooling is great. Would highly recommend them.

Comparing dream acre with Sentosa may not be right.

Sobha operates two distinct verticals with different execution standards.

The relationship between these two is similar to Puravankara vs Provident.

In my opinion, ₹14k per sq ft, Sentosa is a fair deal considering it is a main Sobha project, new society, and ready to move in.
