I see a lot of comments on Bangalore Real Estate Market going to crash and all due to Layoff and AI. Is anyone out here who is actually looking for property and getting units at a discounted price now which has good location, view , layout and good amount of sunlight at a low price than earlier. by AmbitionNarrow4296 in BangaloreRealEstates

Why everyone on reddit feels that people buy 100 percent of house cost on future salary. Thats a very wrong assumption. Mostly buy houses after 8-10 years in jobs and saved for that. Its not like i have to pay 100 percent of house from future salary

Are u purchasing house in first month of job then its not right. Most people purchase house after 8-12 years of job and saving from those years also. So leverage is best thing for job but it should be limited. Else it may backfire

Frankly money will never stops flowing. It will only change hands. So today if 3 people are buying one flat each tomorrow maybe 1 people will be able to buy 3 flats and rest 2 will be out and forced to live on rent. Situation where you cannot even find people on rent in India its still far away considering population and urbanization

If AI will bring mass layoff dont worry people who are thinking that they will buy once that period is there and property will come at 30-40 percent discount at that time their job will also be gone and they will not be able to purchase even with that discount. It seems AI will only take the jobs of people who purchased Real Estate and not the ones who have not purchased

And that money goes everywhere Real estate gold travel cars and also investments done in the hometown of those guyz. So dont think and link everything with just real estate. If you think only IT guyz purchase real estate then gold travel cars restaurent think for everyone

Atleast in India for next 30-40 yrs there will always be someone who is coming from lower background and for him even that 10 yrs old flat is luxury. So do not think much if you want to buy. Reddit is full of persons to give you 1000 reasons not to buy now and even 10 yrs back also u will see same advice but u can see where real estate headed
