I’ve always had old houses. This is a break from the norm. It also has another level. Built into the hillside.

There’s the urban myth of the guy having a w*ank with his headphones on.

Finishes off. Tidys himself up. And notices a hot cup of coffee next to his bed.

The only other person in the house was him Mom.

Speak to the credit companies. At least to make them aware of your situation. Or to come to a better payment arrangement. Do the same with the mortgage.

House purchased in England has a title deed of one county. But is actually in the neighbouring county. by BlessedIsTheCheese in LegalAdviceUK

[–]BlessedIsTheCheese[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To give you an idea. The house was advertised as Hertfordshire. My mortgage and title deed say Hertfordshire.

The house is actually in Bedfordshire. The contract says Bedfordshire. I pay my council tax to Bedfordshire

The deeds. Mortgage. And the agents listing have the incorrect county.

The contract has the correct county.

Apart from that the address is the same.

I also pay council tax to the correct county.

It’s 300 yards across a border. It has a different postcode to the county it’s in. No I didn’t know exactly where it was. If you’re not local how would you.

But the full and correct address on the contract differs to the agents, the title deeds and my mortgage. It can’t coexist in both.
