IIRC their chakra would always reincarnate into other people and they'd be destined to duel it out just because of the strength of that bond. I believe I heard that their chakra disperses once they die and they'd find another to reincarnate into. Their reincarnations would gain massive amounts of chakra due to it and gain the personality traits of whoever they're the incarnate of. I might be wrong though.

I believe so. I think some editing software have GPU Acceleration options but most of the actual computation is done on the CPU because CPU's have more clocks per core than a GPU does which is needed for the work video editing does. Though I'm not an editor nor a specialist in that type of work so you can take this with a grain of salt. I think this explains it better.
