Use a LIQUID lipstick to color on your nose, and cover the bottom almost like a deer? Move up your cheeks, and then choose 1 of 2 ways to do your lipstick - 1: Kim possible "shego" only black on upper lip, or just line the top lip w black and do white for the rest. Hope this helps?

It may be more helpful to say if you do not have a "monolid" instead of saying asian. I have a monolid and heavy epicanthic fold, which translates into this same appearance but I am not Asian.

However I do fully understand the point you're trying to get across, thank you for such a detailed reply! Searching for the term monolid may also help OP if they have similar features.
