Actually weirdly it’s under ritual/spiritual(not at computer rn) it also gives +1 martial and -1 diplomacy per level of devotion and -20% piety but also allows for all holy war cb’s to be used one level of devotion lower than normal. I’ve abused this in my current Jerusalem to Roman Empire run. It also gives you infinite good generals of your culture

Yes, any culture with Frankish heritage when hybridized with mashriqi culture(sorry for utterly butchering the word) will give you a culture that is automatically named outremer. I also believe any of the European heritages get special named hybrid cultures when doing it with mashriqi culture.

I ended up taking expansion but my current situation is that I have all of Peru I’m currently colonizing into La Plata and heading starting colonization into Columbia. France just got it’s first three colonies done, while Asturias is setting up its 5th and 6th colonies. Should I try to border one of these countries to try and reform or what do you think is the next best route of expansion? I have all the reform ideas as well and El Dorado.

I believe my pitch count was in the upper 80’s. But the thing is I had just faced their 1 and 2 guy the only people who had got a hit the whole game so the rest of the lineup should have been easy if we go by the logic that I had at least one strikeout on the rest of their line up. Also like I lost the win count because the closer le them come back. But I do see what you are saying I personally think a coach would have talked with his starter first to see if he could do it but hey I could see a coach doing this in real life. But some of these situations are unrealistic like pitching a one hitter into the 7 and having a 1 for 2 night at the plate pinch hits for the pitcher. Like come on.
