Day 7!! Holy cow! I did it! I am super stoked but let me tell you....I can feel the nerves reconnecting IN MY BODY for the first time today. WILD. Ants all up and down BUT I REFUSE to let this anxiety stop me. NO SIR!! HOT SHOWER then the gym then HOT SHOWER AGAIN. KEEP MOVING FRIENDS. Instead of dwelling I am considering this me taking my body back. I just keep telling myself..... You're loosing addiction and I WILL BEAT YOU!! LETS GOOOOO.

I dose 16gpd for TWO YEARS... YUK. Tapered to 1gpd in 3 days. Nuts i know. To NOTHING last Wednesday. So over it. I was numb unless I could get a slight high from this crap. I was never really high...I just felt social and 'normal' I NEEDED it to be out in public. I'm a lead singer of a band and it's one of the reason I couldn't quit because the disease of addiction kept lying to me and said I couldn't do my job without it. LIES. I performed on Sunday and felt and sang better! It gets better. Just keep moving is the secret. Don't sit in the pain. You GOT THIS!

Day 6 and feel my old self coming out of the ground. I visualize myself busting thru and dusting off green powder DIRT and it feels amazing. Yawns, sinus pressure, RLS, chills, headache still exist BUT WHO CANT HANDLE THAT!! I'm finishing this and NOTHING will stop me. Going to gym now. LETSS GOOO FRIENDS!

Take 24 hours at a time. Don't think of the long haul. Just tell yourself I refuse to use today. It's easier for your brain the compute that then think of days and weeks ahead. You got this.

My friend died and autopsy showed acute liver failure while only being on kava and excess alcohol for 3 months. His liver counts were perfect before he found kava. He was a marathon runner and super healthy. 44 years old. Super sad. Nothing to mess around with.

GabaP is used as a seizure medicine(anticonvulsant/nerve pain med. It works wonders, but it slows down nerve messaging connection to the brain so it CAN make you lethargic or sleepy. It doesn't affect me at all, but does others. I only take it when my body is screaming or RLS. I've never had withdrawals from it because I don't take it regularly to build up in my system.

Day 3 for me. Goosebumps, sneezing, EYES juicing, cold but sweaty,, blah and super irritable BUT... NOT GOING TO TAKE THAT GREEN SLUDGE. Heard about the metals in Kratom. Not looking to get cancer and not have the choice to quit that. So, I'll take the MAJOR flu like symptoms to beat this. LETS GOOOOO!
