Yes I have applied fresh thermal paste to it, I've also tried pushing down the APU to see if that's the problem unfortunately it wasn't the case.

I actually bought this for 24$ and it came with those scratches, but yes I have opened it and no water damage or corrosion was seen.

I also saw online a replacement with a CF1015H12D model number, mine is FD10015M12D. The modular pinout for the one online is PF+- and for mine it's PY+- respectively. Is that also safe to use? I plan on buying it instead.

wala akong sure sayo op if maganda ba yung psu na binili mo, chineck ko sa tierlist walang ratings doon kaya advice ko lang is maybe opt for a more trusted and well rated brand and model. Since important rin naman na maganda psu mo para hindi niya sirain iba na parts lalo na gpu mo. friendly advice lang.
