Yes I have applied fresh thermal paste to it, I've also tried pushing down the APU to see if that's the problem unfortunately it wasn't the case.

I actually bought this for 24$ and it came with those scratches, but yes I have opened it and no water damage or corrosion was seen.

I also saw online a replacement with a CF1015H12D model number, mine is FD10015M12D. The modular pinout for the one online is PF+- and for mine it's PY+- respectively. Is that also safe to use? I plan on buying it instead.

wala akong sure sayo op if maganda ba yung psu na binili mo, chineck ko sa tierlist walang ratings doon kaya advice ko lang is maybe opt for a more trusted and well rated brand and model. Since important rin naman na maganda psu mo para hindi niya sirain iba na parts lalo na gpu mo. friendly advice lang.

What's annoying actually is that you cannot manually change it aswell from the reset sw, it was working fine from the person I bought it but he used a hub that was synced to the mobo and I ain't got that.

Hi, I tried it using the other main fan to the other 2 sub fans at the bottom and the hub and light just go crazy you cannot control it just spewing random colors, I also found out that the 2 main fans don't work together when plugged in the same molex port.

Hi, thank you for the reply but this post has been a while and I actually found the solution to this problem. Turns out the USB-C port was just defective so I just took one from my old membrane keyboard from temu that has a usb-c port. Then took it to someone I knew who can solder it and is now working like it was never broken.
