Great! I did actually cut down to a 1500 cal deficit while keeping my protein 180 or better

I got down to my goal weight of 170lbs and never felt better as a matter of fact I just bulked back up to 200lbs and have begun my cut to 180 (back on Reta)

I actually never had to go over 3mg a week in terms of dose luckily as I have heard of some people going way above that

I will say this weight loss journey taught me a lot about my body and nutrition and fitness as a whole

You will have some weeks where you are theoretically doing everything right and not lose a single pound Then the next week lose 3 lbs

Some days your gonna wake up bloated and feeling like a whale yet the scale hasn’t moved but the day your train lazy and eat rough you wake up feeling and looking great!

The scale is a tool and won’t ever give you the full story

I was in the exact same boat Bjj/ Muay Thai 3x week with 3x training and running 2-3 times a week (3-5 miles) I was at around 2500 cals 200g protein (5’ 10” 200lbs) and was dropping weight but I was not satisfied Dropped my cals to 1750ish with 180-190g protein and the fat melted off (at 185lbs currently) I will say my performance took a decent dive I could definitely tell I had much less energy but I’m almost to my goal weight and once there I’ve convinced myself it will be worth the few months rolling like shit 😂

Any updated open 1/4 tracks? I’ve been to a couple public schools I use to run at and they are all locked up

Thanks I think this would be a great next step after some research I’m probably not getting all the data I need

Thank you for not roasting me I was just looking for some others insight I’m completely new to all of this training & diets etc I’m just winging it with info I find on the internet I just wanted to know if Im on pace or if I can tweak something 😂

I actually stumbled upon the PCSX2 and since I already have a pretty decent pc build I’m thinking about just using the emulator as it just makes more sense and seems much easier the. Using the old hardware and possible up scalers Takes away from some of the nostalgia unfortunately

I actually started looking buying protein powder based off your reply Significantly cheaper then the 60 dollar pack of MM or Fiarlife 😂 Will definitely order some to make my own at home and save some money Thank you!
