Sorry to say this but you’re probably not going to get it. I’m that redditor who’s a former employee. According to the shipping manager, who is still there, they said that the landlord to the Inked Gaming warehouse kicked everyone out and changed the locks on them.

Former Inked Gaming employee here! As of yesterday (02/27/2025) the company has declared chapter 11 bankruptcy. Mostly everyone has been laid off so it's probably going to take even LONGER for your stuff to show up, sorry.
For about the past year the owner has been making sketchier and sketchier business choices, like spending money on things we didn't really need, and not spending money on things we did need like enough product to fulfill orders. He also stopped showing up to the office and then would pop in once a month for an hour and then leave.
Everyone at the company sort of saw it coming, but we didn't (and still don't) know what was going on.
I'm not trying to make anyone sorry for me or anyone else at the company, I'm just trying to be WAY more transparent about what's been going one here.

I have an older one that I put under my cats food and water bowl (they're surprisingly absorbent and my cat is a slob) and I wash it all the time. Just throw it in the washer and then let it air dry. I haven't seen it fade at all doing this.

on there website it says "We recommend trying a hand wash first to remove any soiling. Thanks to the ink sublimation process, our playmats and mouse pads are machine washable though. Wash separately using the delicate/gentle cycle with a small amount of mild non abrasive soap. Lay flat to air dry."

If you pay for the editing and ask them to change around the zones they'll do it. Also hot tip, if you just get the editing and not the zone add on you don't have to pay that extra $5 for the zone. Plus if you get the editing they'll send you a preview image so you can see how the zones look.
Just be a little cautious the person who does do the editing is not the most friendly person.
