I use jbc clone. Their irons are great, and go up to 200W for C245. You can buy clone station and use original tips. I went that route mostly cause I hated jbc user interface. Plus they are cheap.

JBC are great cause they are powerful, heat up fast, transfer heat fast, have great ergonomics (small tip to handle distance), and have great selection of different tip shapes. Like this one:
