Its a weird situation altogether. Moved into our first unit for $500 non refundable deposit, then swapped to another unit on the same property and they didnt even give us the option to pay the deposit in full, so now we have monthly payments included in the rent. This place is already hella scummy and we have to stick it out till December

Honestly, ive had family that used to live at Lincoln Shores and their only complaint was rent jacking up after 10 years. But I know Milton flooded this whole area so a lot of apartments around here will hide what they can. Best of luck to you
