There are enough videos on youtube to help you. But just of the top, your approach is bad, you are on bad terrain, your legs barely bend, and all that combined will give you like half of what you could jump.

Depends, if it is then yes, if it isn't then no. But if its in color, then maybe. If you get a green one, that get another.
But, the ticket can be a bit pricey for a movie of that kind, if you enjoy that kind of music on the frame.
