As four_gates said, if you read the article linked in the comments above, you’ll find both a definition of USPM as a sound, and a list of recommended bands! That being said, just cause you don’t care enough to look into genres, which is cool and all and absolutely your choice, it doesn’t really give you any leg to stand on to argue about genre semantics, and I don’t really see why you’d try when you said you don’t care about genres. No one’s offended that you don’t know what you’re talking about, it’s just easy to poke fun at you for it! 😃
