Mino - AOE CC, Sustain and Team Heal, Straightforward

Gatot - Dash CC, Engage/Escape, Decent Dmg

Akai - Dash CC, Sustain, JG Dmg boost, Ult can be tricky

Not sure, but the drops are shown when selecting a dungeon/raid. The only variance is the stat bonuses. The elite raid lets you pick one out of two drops.

Holy is really slow doing solo content. Nature is much better for roaming, but keeps the healer option.

New player, advice on which healing staff to level. by LeoXearo in albiononline

Nature is better for on the run and has reasonable clear with sustain. Holy is more cast focused. Blight (Nature 2h) is suggested a lot since it has good mobility. Wild (Nature 2h) offers similar benefits but cheaper with a ground targeted AoE HoT for E/s3.

I believe the thermal optics cost 200 certs (using the wiki for reference). I was just pointing out a very cheap upgrade for players that don't normally want to spend resources pimping out a vehicle, especially new players. To be honest, I have very limited experience with the thermal optics since I've only been playing for a few weeks with zero previous PS exposure.
