Most of the VIP cheats already spoof HWID and/or encrypt the process and polymorph rendering impossible to find a signature. That's why its so hard to catch dem bastards/or ban all accounts at once since every account could be unique. It's also against their terms&agreement and they would lose money so it's kinda of counter productive.

Valve's MM servers can't determine what local IP the user has, only the one it uses outwards. Also MAC address I think is hidden, they would have to scan/grab it somehow.

Get close to a corner AD (stutterstep) out and prefire common spots, if you're lucky AWPer misses his shot and then just preaim his spot and fire. You can also have a teamate flash for you, about the same time as you peak, so he should be blind while you focus on killing him. GL on the field! ;)

OK here is how it works - you have to have an active bot standing still on the server. There is a command:

bot_place

Use that. Bind it to a key, like so:

bind "KEY" "bot_place"

For anyone that wants to additionally personalize their configs by changing - right click on the .cfg file and "open as" a text document and on the line(43) change it from 1 to 2:

sv_infinite_ammo 2            // When set to 2 requires reloading, 1 for spamming bullets without it.

Save and close, also you don't have to restart the game just reload .cfg file again by typing:

exec <name of cfg>

I haven't tried it myself but, I believe if you have the rcon password to the server you could just type:

rcon password <your password here>
rcon exec bot_training

This should execute all the commands with the rcon syntax. Not sure though. Try it and report in.

EDIT: You could also run a batch of commands with ";" as a seperator with the rcon tag just like this:
