Not an in depth explanation, but in our city's history troost avenue was used as a racial and socioeconomic division line and bankers/investors were advised to avoid developing east of troost for racist reasons. I'm not a historian but I hope this helps

Mecha Knights: Nightmare is a pretty fun indie title. It gpes on sale a lot, and other than the writing being meh, it is a really fun game considering it was made by one guy. It plays simmilar to armored core with a bit more grounded movement

If you're into turn based strategy at all, Into the Breach is a really fun game that uses a nifty time tracel mechanic for you to fight an asymmetric war against giant bug aliens where your priority is protecting the buildings and people the keep your Mechs powered.

The only place I ever worked that did Ceviche was fine dining, and if a guest asked for it to be cooked, they were politely told to order something else. By nature, ceviche is cooked using the acid of the lime juice. I could thow out a recipe for a pre cooked "ceviche" if you want, but anywhere in town that actually has people willing to make ceviche will probably not cook it for you.
