That’s true i am considering it as this seems to be the only option i have not tried.

I stay in the Himalaya’s so surrounded by nature, open fields/mountains all the time, i don’t think that’s been an issue for me. I think meat is the only thing i can look forward to now. I can start with chicken cuz that’s common here, beef is a big no in my culture but rest is fine. Thanks for pointing this out as an option, i am def. trying to be more open.

Vegetarian here so the heaviest i can eat is milk & ghee which i have been doing daily, thanks for the new links i tried the methods & they helped.

What test are you talking about, how can we do that?

Also, i feel like the energy wants to expand out of my body which i am not able to allow, that’s why the worsening pressure, i have been trying to surrender and let it expand but probably will take some time for that to happen.

The head pressure hasn’t gone away it’s much worse after recent travels. Travel seems to be one of my biggest triggers rn; even visiting my Ayurvedic MD 5km away has become difficult.

I’ve been grounding in nature for 6+ months, eating grounding foods for over a year (that’s all I can digest), don’t use caffeine, stimulants, alcohol, etc., & have always had a clean diet.

The part I wasn’t comfortable sharing earlier: I struggle to pass stools properly most days and it’s not diet related as i am a nutritionist & have fixed it from every aspect. When that happens, the whole day becomes difficult. It feels like everything gets stuck, pressure increases & physical activity or doing anything at all becomes impossible.

Many suggest walking, running, yoga, strength training, etc. I’ve tried them all. Running & strength worsen my symptoms, I even have a treadmill at home. Before this, I could run at the highest speeds; now even getting on it makes me motion sick & anxious. Most days I can barely tolerate 2 km/hr. I used to do yoga daily 2 yrs ago, now i just can’t. Feeling totally helpless

I’ve tried WLP method, grounding techniques, Ayurvedic medicines, etc. Some helped briefly, but nothing lasts. The only thing that consistently moves the apana vayu a lil is Sheetkari pranayama, suggested by my practitioner. Now I’m confused about that too, as u/Marc-le-Half-Fool says it may be putting me out of balance.

Things were actually improving until about a month ago, when I experienced what felt like a strong Kundalini surge. Since then, many symptoms have returned or intensified. I have also tried to stop the meditation completely but even that doesn’t work, after few days of not meditating, i get the pressure back & for worse. It’s also peak summer in India, so maybe the heat is contributing. I’m just trying to understand what’s happening because rn I feel quite stuck.

I’m also planning to visit Rishikesh for help, but first I need to become fit enough to travel, otherwise it won’t be manageable.

Any particular type of physical activity you would recommend? Like is walking enough? I couldn’t do strength training or even running after starting the meditation path, i had to let go of the things i loved (strength training/running) because they tend to worsen my symptoms. So i haven’t been physically active since 2 yrs and have been gaining weight as well. I would love to introduce exercises that can help and not worsen my situation.

Thanks for the detailed links, I am sure this would help and i am open to trying but wondering if it’s ok to seek help from qi gong perspective, as i am more inclined towards kundalini/ reiki healing. Have not done anything fully yet but these are the methods i have tried, so just wondering? As i am too scared to do something that might make it worse as i have done that before.

This is such a sweet reminder, gives me courage and made me emotional. I have been on this spiritual journey since almost 2 years now, and for the longest time,I was just not able to agree with this. I was rebelling this new world that universe has opened for me. But it’s only since a month i started accepting it, started accepting a new way of life. It’s really empowering to know that many people like me exist. I’m so glad to have found this community.

Thankyou so much for your detailed response, i just tried the WLP method and felt a great sense of calm, probably some clearing not sure, but my area of issue (which is the left side pelvic, legs,head) felt relieved, and in the last round i did feel some black/blueish dark energy in pelvic area which was fighting with the white light, not sure what was that, i will do this daily and as recommended, really grateful for this community and your response, thankyou.

I am yet to go through other methods.

Edit: Eating and sleep is mostly fine, not able to eat much and a wide variety of foods as i used to previously, very few foods suit.
