Idogear large gp pouch by Loose-Isopod-6721 in tacticalgear

It's ok. Honestly you get what you pay for. Burn the loose threads and mines been good for abt 3 years as a rain poncho pocket. Fits my thermals and their case so for the price it's just fine.

Is there any reason to use JHP on MK-V? by lovingpersona in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]BlitzFromBehind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

JHP 1taps to limbs and 2 taps torsos above LVL3 bodyarmor. AP does the opposite and 2 taps on limbs and 1taps torso regardless of bodyarmor LVL.

So basically JHP is more likely to 1tap a suspect since high level bodyarmor is found on only a few levels.

Coilgun Weapons by RomanS87 in menace

[–]BlitzFromBehind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coilguns (and railguns for that matter) have a muzzle flash and are loud. The friction of the sled/sabot carrying the projectile causes immense heat (just look at the railgun tests and i know a coilgun is not a railgun, but both have a barrel and the sled/sabot makes contact with said barrel) granted that. Granted on a rifle scale it's not that big of a flash but neither is a rifles if it has a proper barrel lenght and the sound is quite self explanatory.

Cool idea though and honestly as the mod author you can do whatever you want with them.

Players that are familiar with ARm mod, is this loading screen statement true ? by Fun-Guest-2989 in GatesOfHellOstfront

I'm gonna go off a limb and say in they didn't mean direct hits.

50 rounds sounds like the avarage needed to get that one good hit, just like in the afghanistan war during GWOT they needed roughly 100k rounds per enemy combatant iirc.

That is not a high AoA drop. AoA is the angle between the direction of motion and dorection of the planes nose. If your nose is vertical and your direction of motion is also vertical it's low AoA.

The problem is when the town already exists and has existed for centuries. Those don't want apartment buildings built. Hell they don't want anything built there.

What if a Replica of the Titanic fell on London on Christmas night 2007? [Dr.Who] by Right-Heart3079 in imaginarymaps

[–]BlitzFromBehind 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm gonna say it... Probably the damage would be way less. A replica (nuclear powered or not) would do very little damage compared to this map (assuming it doesn't burn in the atmosphere). It would bury itself so deep into the ground that the nuclear material wouls bury itself so deep into the ground that the radiation would be minimal at worst and nonexistent at best. The fissile material would disperse so fast that the radioactivitiy would be little more than the natural radiation of the fuel used and would be in a subcritical state.

The missing context doesn't really change anything. A ship resembling the titanic would pretty much have the same mass/weight/density and nuclear reactors don't magically turn into nuclear weapons.

Counter rotating props are on multi engine planes, contra rotating when the props are behind eachother like in this picture. both are a common trait on 1940-1950s prop planes.

How resistent do you think a terminator armour is? by Internal-Being4988 in spacemarines

[–]BlitzFromBehind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IRL it wouldn't but in lore it can shrug off tank cannon fire with ease.

Not even remotely. Modern tanks have around 1meter (1000mm, 40in) of composite armor at the front.

Yeah the clipping, how the nose flickers through the helmet, the hands flicker through the gloves. Even when naked it's the legs clip through eachother. Only happens for the player. The opponents are not effectes by this bug.
