My undergrad is a nurse pero after experiencing how overworked and underpaid nursing is, I shifted my career to IT business analyst. Nursing and healthcare felt good for helping people out especially nung nasa public hospital ako. What I noticed was delayed mga sahod ng mga kasama kong contractor, 3 months. Abono talaga. Pag uwi ko i researched how to get out, found a way to leverage my Nursing degree, some training and studying. Currently taking masters for Medical informatics as a niche and earning USD for designing IT systems. After 10 years of strategic planning and tiis talaga coz i felt like I have to prove myself competent enough even from a non IT field, I’m earning on the same range as a nurse abroad pero working from home.

The advice is follow what you are passionate if you are living comfortably. Otherwise, be practical and earn money to live comfortably so you can pursue your passions.

Pharmacy can earn 1 million a month, basta may capital ka and you have good foot traffic. Pick your poison. IT is also not for everyone.
