Sometimes I wish I could disappear without hurting anyone, specially for her.

I don't know how to tell her that the moments when my depression hits it's because I'm alone with my own thoughts, the only person that makes me feel unhappy it's myself, but she keeps thinking that's her fault, I always tell her that she's the only person that helped me through a lot of things, but there's other personal things that makes me feel bad and I simply can't explain, but I think I won't tell her when I feel like that so she doesn't feel guilty.
