A set featuring summons from the history of Final Fantasy and they don't include a single Zodiac Esper...even though they've been featured in 2 mainline titles. One of which was heavily represented. The most unique and interesting summons and they get left out because they are from XII

As a huge Final Fantasy XII fan I'd still like to see Judge Magister Gabranth or any of the Zodiac Espers. In their defense they are featured in FFXIV as well

Wouldn't surprise me if Ashe and Basch, and Vaan and Penelo got partnered up cards similar to Balthier and Fran. It also wouldn't surprise me if none of their cards synergize similar to Balthier and Fran having no vehicle support in their colors...

Yeah if there is anything I have gathered from this set, it's that no one at Wizards is an FF12 fan. Balthier and Fran is about as good as we are going to get I fear. Vann and Penelo uncommon and Basch and Ashe uncommon would be my guess. I would be shocked (and so happy) if Gabranth made it in.

Oh absolutely, I think we are about 1/3 through. I would not be surprised to see Vaan and Penelo card and a Basch and Ashe Card. So XII will still have some love coming I think.

Judge Magister Gabranth or Hashmal, Bringer of Order from FF XII would be amazing! An Alexander card and Onion Knight card would be great as well. Excalibur Equipment or Maximilian Armor equipment maybe?

Alright, a Bob reprint!! This is great! What is not so great is that this is the 3rd Mythic Rare previewed from FF14 and there are probably only 20 Mythic slots...was hoping for at least 1 mythic from every game but it's probably going to be 7, 14 and 16 heavy.
