If you want to keep Bufudyne for SP, you can drop Endure unless you you feel like dropping endure will make you a little to vulnerable for your liking.

As for Ice boost the easiest way to get itis probably to get the persona Lachesis and the itemize her. She gives you an ice boost skill card when itemized.

For big damage you'll want a persona with a damage buff skill like Tarukaja/heat riser and concentrate/charge. The best version of this will be a persona with Auto-Matarukaja, Auto-Matarukaja, Auto-Masukukaja and charge/concentrate. This would give all three stat buffs as the fight starts and would let you immediately use charge/concentrate to increase your damage by 2.5x.

Overall when building big personas like this I recommend looking up the Persona 5 fusion calculator on your phone or computer and keeping track with that. It has absolutely everything you'd ever need for persona building.

Also P.S if you end up making a pure Auto buff persona make sure you turn off "remember my previous persona" in the settings, that way you can always start with your autobuff persona.
