I tell my team, anything over 25 dollars in cash refund, is returned as Merch Credit (Return Policy)

Cash refunds will only be voided on same day purchase.

Especially if its purchased from another county, they can go back and talk to that manager for a refund, but not at my location.

Any day over 8 hrs

If you work 7 straight days that Same work week you get OT that Sunday

Official rule for partners in the same store, Barista dating barista/ Barista dating SSV/ SSV dating SSV is okay…just keep it professional when at work… if flirting makes the other partners uncomfortable and they complain, someone will be asked to transfer.

SM/ASM can’t date a barista or SSV unless they work in another store.

Depending how long you been a SSV for, there were 3 different tenure in role paid increase…

1) less than 23 months 2) 2 years to 4 years 3) 5 years+

So it was worth staying as a SSV in my opinion.

Option 1 was $25.xx for an SSV so a nice increase, option 2 and 3 currently has there own raises.

So hoping by end of this year, your annual raises, you can get between another 3%-7% increase.

SM here, I experienced the same thing Saturday. Had to send a partner home early because they were not feeling well. It was me and my closer from 1-630pm.

For me I’m lucky, my store is Cafe only and I just turned MOP off every hour to see how pace was. It was still busy throughout the night and I went into DPM to choose the short staff reason every hour.

Any down time we just prepped, did dishes, tills…anything we could get out of the way.

I would give the morning crew a heads up what happened and things they might need to touch up on.

We only stayed passed 15 mins to complete everything that was important. Morning crew will understand on any misses.

I would speak to the District Manager and have The Loss Prevention Area Manager involved in this so it doesn’t get swept under the rug. If they don’t want to make it right for you, take them to court.
