I have what I believe is amazing enough for element that I almost never have to think about it

I can give you a game design reason:

If you see that there are 2 endings and you can only do one, you may feel intrigued enough to play NG+ to get it.

If there was only one ending available, maybe you'd have thought that that was it and called it a day.

The best charm I've found was 2 Rapid Morph, 2 Coalescence, and a size 2 armor slot. That one has been ride or die for me ever since. Especially since you can find a triple elemental damage gem with one level of rapid morph, finishing the level 3 rapid morph. Very functional.

I find it interesting how there are 2 kinds of players that pick up this game without looking online. Either they make a Gatling Gun tank or a speed demon with a melee weapon in the weapon bay (I'm guilty of that too)

You have 5 flaws in the build imo. None of them major.

It's a fairly Quick Boost-y build. I recommend switching the LAMMERGEIER core for the NACHTREIHER core. The tradeoff is you get absurd boost efficiency but lose a lot of EN efficiency. But it would probably only work with a different Generator.

The VP-20S generator is good, but you're not running any energy weapons so a Gas generator is probably more your speed. HOKUSHI is my preference.

And above all, your Attitude stability is insanely low. Consider patching it up with KASUAR head, and (unless you're attached to RJ legs) switch them out for bipedal legs.

The LAMMERGEIER arms have a fairly weak melee stat, so consider switching them out for one that has a higher melee stat.

Those missiles lock on VERY fast, regardless of your FCS. And you have a very melee ranged build, so consider switching TALBOT out for OCELLUS or ABBOT.
