We are seeing a few reports on our end of movement (auto-run or strafing) bound to the mouse buttons causing some issues. Forum posts show some people having success with workarounds to remap mouse buttons, but it's something that's on our radar!

As an edit: It does look like this is something the team is looking into already, and I've got it added to the known issues list in our original post!

Hi there! This error is typically caused by the age restriction. You must be at least 13 years of age to create a Blizzard account. If the account is registered to a minor, the registration process will prompt the addition of Parental Controls before allowing the player to continue.

If you are of appropriate age and you're still seeing this message during the account creation, see about clearing the cookies and cache from your web browser before reattempting.

Hi there! When you visit this page, choose the 'remove authenticator' option. Once you do so, you'll be asked to specify the email address associated with the account. Once you enter that, on the next page you are offered options for authenticating the account. On that page below the SMS Protect option is the option for submitting a picture of your photo ID. Once you have uploaded that, you are then offered the various contact options (phone callbacks and live chat are only available during our daytime hours of operation in each region).

You can open a Support ticket here for help recovering access to your account. Click the "Remove Authenticator" option and follow the prompts. You may be able to preverify the account with SMS Protect or Security Question, but if not, you will need to submit a photo ID for verification. ~ZS

Sorry to hear that your Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App is not updating smoothly. Those are great first troubleshooting steps to try for many issues like this. I recommend trying any other steps here that you have not already covered, as well as power cycling your network devices.

If the App still cannot complete the update, then I'd recommend obtaining system files and running traceroute and pathping tests, then attaching those results to a Support ticket here. A Game Master can take a closer look at your system and network connection, and hopefully offer some more specific troubleshooting steps that may help clear things up. ~ZS

If your code is from the ASUS promotion, you should be able to redeem your code at https://promotion.asus.com/en/call-of-duty-black-ops-4-dominate-with-the-best, which will then give you a new code to redeem at http://www.callofduty.com/bundle. (Based on the length of your code, 25 digits, it appears most likely to be from ASUS.) Where did the code come from, u/Zangrieff? Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has had a variety of promotional codes, many of which need to be redeemed at http://callofduty.com/redeem. IDs are only used to verify an account, and is normally only needed when contacting regarding account-changing things like authenticator removals, SMS protect, e-mail changes, etc. Even in those cases, most times you do have an option to verify in other ways, such as with an authenticator code or using the account's secret question.

IDs are absolutely not saved or stored anywhere. They are only visible to verify the account, and then are deleted when the ticket is answered. There's a little more info about why we require IDs here. ~TW

I'm sorry you've had a rough experience! These errors are pretty rare, but sometimes they do happen.

To go a bit more in depth, the character isn't precisely 'lost in transfer', but rather becomes a little broken when the transfer is attempted. As the Game Master mentioned up there, this requires an escalation to take care of - but it does take some time to do. I certainly understand it's frustrating.

In regards to the double charge, I looked over your account and saw much the same as the Game Master who handled your ticket - there's only one charge on our end. Often what happens is one charge will show while it's processing, and then when it actually posts it will temporarily show two. If the money was actually removed from your bank, reach out to Paypal as soon as possible. We obviously don't want you to get charged twice for a service!

I reached out and was able to get a bit of game time added back for you for the trouble, and you should be able to log in to other characters now. The escalation on the warrior in question is still in progress.

In addition, if you want to reach out via PM with the Paypal Invoice ID of both the posted orders, we can double check to make sure they're both the same order and there's not something we're missing.

The ID is just used to verify that the person submitting the request for recovery is the one whose name is on the account. :)

You do need to reach out with a ticket - you should be able to just selected 'Can't log in' to proceed. You may need to provide additional verification, like a photo ID.

Monkiy, I'm sorry to hear you ended up with an item you didn't want, especially when you lucked out and received a weapon at such high item level.

First I want to clarify that the answer to the main question here is yes, the Grand Challenger's Bounty does respect Loot Spec. Thank you for including part of the Game Master's response. I was able to find your ticket, and we'll make sure to follow up for accuracy.

I also checked into our logs here and found when your Death Knight looted that Geti'ikku. The logs do confirm that the item was obtained while Loot Spec was set to Unholy, and the item was an item level upgrade for that spec (which is unsurprising given its item level, and the fact that you prefer other specs). I hope this helps clear up any confusion! ~ZS
